Our services are priced based on the complexity, duration, and specific needs of the engagement. We are committed to providing value and will work with you to develop a proposal that fits within your budget.

How do you handle confidentiality in mediation?

Confidentiality is paramount in our mediation process. All parties involved in the mediation must agree to a strict confidentiality agreement, ensuring that what’s discussed in the sessions remains private.

How do you ensure the quality of your services?

What if the person I am in conflict with doesn't want to participate in this process?

Mediation is voluntary. Grassroots will not coerce or suggest that any party participate in this process without their willingness to do so. However, we do provice coaching sessions to assist you with getting to the root of your dispute by offering skills to guide you.

Is mediation confidential?

Yes. Every part of the mediation process, including initial conversations with a mediator, are confidential. The parties may align in the mediation, as part of their agreement, what they are willing to share with outside managers and colleagues.
